I bought 4 pr of quay sunglasses, two of the pr have cracked lens where the screws are above the nose pieces. I love the product and would like these two pr to be replaced.

Extremely disappointed
I purchased a pair of Quay sunglasses in June while on a weekend trip with my sisters, we each bought a pair from a third party retailer, perfectly legit, tags etc. Loved them, they were excellent for driving.
Flash forward a little over a month, I’m in Las Vegas kicking off my honeymoon with my husband and it seemed the lenses could not withstand the sun...these little flecks appeared in the lens that not only alter the ability of the glasses to protect your eyes, but they hinder your sight. They’re unwearable. When you touch them they’re smooth on both sides of the lens, so definitely something internally on one of the layers or something. I check the Quay website and there’s a 3 month warranty, however when I tried reaching out they tell me they can’t do anything for me because I didn’t purchase them directly from the website.
I had explained I got them on a trip, not anywhere near where I live, yet they still told me to deal with the store to have the matter resolved. Not happy with customer service that simply matches up with the products quality.
TERRIBLE customer service
"I’d give no stars if I could. You couldn’t pay me money to order from this company.
I was gifted a pair of sunnies for Christmas, they were the wrong pair. I was told I cannot do an exchange. So I asked how long I have to do a return. They said 30 days.
The package was delivered December 24,2017, and was returned January 22,2018. They refuse to do a full refund even though I am WITHIN the return period. They have the sunnies, and have gotten them within the time frame allowable. They are extremely rude via email and the online chat where I have attempted multiple times to reach out and clear up the situation.
So I am currently out of sunglasses, and $30 shipping I paid to get them to be returned on time, and my brother is out of money for the original purchase. Neither of us have been compensated and have nothing to show for it. Can’t discourage shopping from these scammers enough.
Unless of course you enjoy giving people money and receiving nothing in return. Absolute trash, to put it nicely.

Terrible customer service
QUAY Australia doesn't stand behind its products
Cute glasses however terrible quality! Cheap plastic...I purchased them online at Nordstrom.com.
I owned the AVIATOR for 2 months and when I put it on my head it snapped. I went to Nordstrom and asked them to stand behind the product they sold and they said no because QUAY doesn't give them guarantees. Because of that I called a Quay asking for a replacement pair they said no and told me to buy another one for 20% OFF! They are a rip-off company!
I tried again to make this work so I wrote them asking for support, to fix or replace the glasses and they blew me off. Spare yourself time and save yourself money.
DOn't buy QUAYS. Get something better from a company that cares about their customers.
Preferred solution: Replacement of broken glasses since it was owned for a short while
Aweful
This company is extremely shady! I will never order from them again.
I purchased the High Key glasses, they came bent. They refused to provide a pre-paid label so I could send them back. They said I have to break the glasses & send pictures proving that. Which is completely ludacrous in the first place.
But I did & they still would refund me.
So now I have broken glasses & I’m out $70. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with!
Don't protect your eyes at all
I purchased a pair for $50 from Topshop because I thought the design was nice, and it seemed like a reasonable price to pay. But alas, they do nothing to protect my eyes from the sun and I'm squinting while wearing them!
Why design sunglasses that do nothing to block the sun! And it's not even particularly bright sun either. I plan to return them to Topshop and try to get my money back. What a waste.
And a shame too, as they did look nice.
But now I know why they were so low in price. {{Redacted}}
Quay sunglasses
Bad quality lens
I bought the sunglasses in Topshop and thought that for the price the design was great. The case was rubbish, but hey I was ready to overlook that detail.
However, the reflective lens got patchy and the reflective film rubbed off after only one month of wearing. I am very annoyed as very are of an extremely bad quality for the price.
I need to mention that I took care of the sunglasses and cleaned them with special product for lenses only and despite this, they are un-usable. I am extremely disappointed with this brand and will probably never buy a pair of Quay sunglasses ever again.

They really do have appalling customer service. I received a pair of sunglasses with a missing nose pad and screw.
When I contacted customer service about exchanging they told me to take the Quay sunnies to any eyeglass shop who would add a nose pad for $5.I am not making this up. This was legitimately their resolution to sending me a subpar product.
